The contractors liability and hirer's liability

SYNOPSIS:

Dutch tax law provides for an extended liability for contractors and sub-contractors with regard to payroll taxes due but left unpaid by sub-contractors, and for companies hiring employees, with regard to the payroll taxes due by parties providing these employees, like payroll,  employment or consultancy companies. During this session we will discuss the content of this extended liability and ways to limit this liability, if any.
